I cannot believe the level of service you have provided. I think it is totally outstanding. Super quick communication, free postage and replacement frames when i was obviously liable for the damage. In a world where customer service seems to have gone totally out of the window you should pride yourselves.
I will have no hesitation in using you guys again and i will be telling this story to all the focally challenged in my company !
