How to Order
When in stock, items are usually dispatched within 24 hours and are sent Recorded First Class. Remember postage and packing is completely FREE. Out of stock items will be dispatched as soon as they are available. Deliveries usually take 3-5 working days for contact lenses and 5-12 working days for all other items.

Purchasing items
When you find a product you wish to buy simply select the quantity and other attributes that apply to you then click the "Add to Basket" button to add the product to your shopping basket. The product price will be displayed in the Basket section at the top of the page. To delete a product from the basket, click on the word basket and then click remove item from basket. To pay for the items click on the Checkout button. This will take you to the HSBC secure site where, after logging in, you can enter your credit card and delivery details.
